This SuperPro kit renews the rear leaf spring bushings on the 2019-2022 Ford Ranger in XL, XLT and Lariat trim. Spring bushings locate the leaf pack where it meets the frame, so when they wear the truck tends to clunk over bumps and the rear axle feels vague under load. It is a sensible refresh for work trucks, towing rigs and weekend trail trucks.

Spring eye and shackle bushings allow the leaf to lengthen and shorten as it flexes over bumps. As these wear, the axle can shift under acceleration and braking, which brings clunks, squeaks and a less predictable rear end. Support the axle securely before unbolting the springs.

A vehicle can pass a casual inspection while its bushings have already lost much of their original control. Fitting new parts at the same time as other suspension work saves repeat labor.
