Collection: Ram 1500 Lift Kits

This page collects over 100 lift kits and lift components for the Ram 1500, from simple front coil spacers to complete coilover systems. Most of the range comes from Eibach, MaxTrac and Skyjacker, with a few kits from Rough Country, ICON, Rancho and Body Armor.

Which generation do you have?

  • 1994-2001 second-generation Dodge Ram 1500, 2WD and 4WD
  • 2002-2008 third generation, with rear leaf springs (several kits split 2002-2005 and 2006-2008)
  • 2009-2018 fourth generation (DS), including 2014-2018 EcoDiesel trucks
  • 2019-2024 fifth generation (DT), including Rebel and the 2021-2023 TRX
  • 2025 trucks, including the RHO

Ram split many years into 2WD and 4WD parts, and engine matters too: MaxTrac sells separate front coils for V6, 4.7L, Hemi and EcoDiesel trucks. Match the exact years, cab, drivetrain and engine on each listing before you order.

How to choose

Every Ram 1500 since 1994 except the 4WD 1994-2001 trucks uses independent front suspension, so front lift is limited by CV axle and ball joint angles. Around 2 to 2.5 inches up front is where most spacer and spring kits stop. Past that, kits like the Skyjacker 3in UCA systems add upper control arms to bring alignment and ball joint angle back into range.

Decide between leveling and a full lift first. A front-only spacer or coil levels the stock rake. A matched front and rear kit raises the whole truck: rear blocks on 2002-2008 leaf-spring trucks, rear coil spacers or springs on 2009 and later. Spring kits such as Eibach Pro-Truck ride closer to stock than spacers because the spring rate is matched to the new height, but several are sold as front-only or rear-only and must be paired with their matching shocks. Skyjacker component listings are single boxes of a larger kit, so check you have every box.

Price range

Prices run from about $60 for the simplest spacer kits to about $1,950 for complete systems, with the typical kit around $460.

FAQ

Will a lift kit fit a Ram 1500 with factory air suspension?

Usually not. Most kits here are for coil-spring trucks, and air-equipped 2013 and later trucks need parts designed for air ride, so check the listing notes.

Do I need an alignment after lifting?

Yes. Any change in front ride height on an IFS Ram changes camber and toe, so plan on an alignment once the kit has settled.
