Refund policy

Products sold on Lower HQ ship directly from each brand or supplier, so return and refund eligibility depends on that brand's or supplier's policy.

Please contact us through our contact page at lowerhq.com/pages/contact before returning anything. We will confirm whether the item can be returned and how. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Items that have been installed, modified or damaged, and special-order or pre-order items, may not be returnable.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been processed.
