This SuperPro kit replaces stabilizer bar bushings and is offered as a higher quality, quieter and longer lasting alternative to rubber. It suits street cars that have started to knock over bumps or feel slow to respond in corners.

Knocking from the front or rear over speed bumps and broken pavement is a common sign of tired sway bar bushings. Fitting a fresh set quiets that noise and restores the firm connection between the bar and the body that the handling depends on.

Sway bar bushings hold the bar to the chassis and let it twist as the body leans. If they are cracked or oval-shaped from wear, the bar can shift in its mounts before it starts working, which delays its effect in a corner and often produces a clunk over bumps.

The anti-roll bar only does its job if it is held firmly at its mounting points. Worn bushings let it slide and rattle, so the car leans more than it should and responds a beat late on turn-in. New bushings take that slack out and help the bar react as soon as the body starts to roll.
