These bushings fit the rear panhard rod on older Toyota Celica, Corolla, Corona, Cressida and Tercel models, plus the 1990-1992 Mitsubishi Galant. It is a good match for classic Toyota restorations, weekend cars and budget track builds.

A panhard rod, also called a track bar, keeps the axle centered under the body from side to side. Fresh bushings help the axle stay put, giving more consistent handling on uneven roads. Renewing the bushings at both ends keeps the rod properly located. Worn track bar bushings let the axle shift sideways, which can feel like the rear is steering itself over bumps or in lane changes. Matching the part to your vehicle is the first step, so start with the fitment section.

What else to plan for

  • An alignment after installing new arms or bushings.
  • Matching parts at the other end. Upgrading one side or one link and leaving worn parts elsewhere limits the improvement.
  • Install tools. Pressed-in bushings may need a press or a shop to fit them.
