Listed for: Mitsubishi Rear DifferentialFitment notes & questions

SuperPro makes this kit for the rear differential to sub-frame mounts on Mitsubishi vehicles. Soft or worn diff mount bushings let the axle housing shift under load, and that movement can be heard and felt. New bushings are a low-cost way to tighten things up. Differential mounts take the twisting load as power goes through the axle, and once they soften the diff can move on and off the throttle, which you hear as a clunk and feel as slack in the driveline. It suits street cars where drivetrain clunk has crept in.

Before you order: Mitsubishi Rear Differential fitment and setup

Worn or soft bushings let the suspension move in ways it shouldn't. Fresh or firmer bushings on the Mitsubishi Rear Differential make steering and braking feel more precise.

Plan the whole job

  • An alignment after installing new arms or bushings.
  • Matching parts at the other end. Upgrading one side or one link and leaving worn parts elsewhere limits the improvement.
  • Install tools. Pressed-in bushings may need a press or a shop to fit them.
