This SuperPro kit replaces the bushings at the ends of the front sway bar, where the bar connects to its links. It suits street cars with worn, noisy end bushings and owners tightening up a lowered car. Link bushings sit at the joints between the sway bar and its links, so they carry load every time one wheel moves more than the other. Once link bushings wear, the link can rattle in its mount and the bar reacts a moment late, which blunts steering response. Replacing link bushings takes the play out of the connection without changing the bar itself. Knocking from the corners over speed bumps or broken pavement is a typical sign these parts are due. They are inexpensive parts, but they have a direct effect on how quickly the vehicle settles in a bend. It is worth inspecting the link studs, washers and nuts at the same time, particularly on older vehicles.
