This SuperPro kit replaces the bushings at the inner front mounting point of the front lower control arm on the 2003-2007 Honda Accord and 2004-2008 Acura TSX. Each control arm pivots on bushings, and those bushings decide how firmly the wheel stays where the suspension geometry wants it.
