This SuperPro kit replaces the front bushing at the inner end of the front lower control arm on several Toyota and Lexus trucks of the 2000s, from the 4Runner and GX470 to the FJ Cruiser and Tacoma. It suits trucks used for daily driving, trail runs and towing that have started to feel loose up front.

Every bushing in a suspension is a small cushion between a moving part and a fixed one. Over time the original rubber can crack, soften or tear, and the arm it locates starts to shift under load. That slack is what you feel as vague steering, a knock over potholes or a car that wanders when you brake hard.
