SuperPro's SPF0341-12K is a rear sway bar mount bushing kit for the BMW E30 with a 12mm rear bar, listed for the 1984-1991 318i, 318is, 325, 325e, 325es, 325i, 325is and M3. Original E30 bar bushings are usually hard and cracked by now, so a fresh set is a simple step in any E30 refresh, from a daily classic to a track build.

A sway bar is a torsion spring linking the left and right wheels, and its mount bushings hold it to the body so that twist can do its job. If the originals have gone soft, renewing them is an inexpensive way to get the full benefit of the bar already fitted. Replacing both sides at the same time keeps the bar sitting evenly.
