The 2003-2007 Ford Super Duty leaves the factory on rubber body mounts that compress, dry out, and crack after a decade of heat cycling, towing, and weather exposure. As the rubber breaks down, the cab sags, and the cab drifts out of alignment with the bed. The damage doesn’t stop at the body: worn mounts transmit chassis vibration directly into the radiator, hoses, and surrounding cooling stack, accelerating wear on components well past the bushings themselves.
