This SLR Speed sway bar part is listed with its fitment details below. Sway bar parts are one of the most noticeable handling upgrades for the money, especially on lowered or lifted cars.

Quick facts

  • Brand: SLR Speed
  • SKU: C.00.E36.PPE2

Specifications

  • SLR 38mm blade-style alloy steel anti-roll bar.
  • RACE: Use with strut-mounted links for roll resistance comparable to the tubular BMW Motorsport WTCC bars.
  • DRIFT: Put simply, strut mount sway links on E36/E46 cars increase rate as you steer: More angle creates more pre-load, which effectively stiffens the bar.

Good to know

  • This bar will work with stock type non-M E30 and E36 links, but our link kit includes an offset cone to align better with SLR control arms.

Tip: On lowered or lifted cars, adjustable end links keep the bar at the right angle.
