Drift Playground, often typed as DriftPlayground, is one of the classic free drift maps for Assetto Corsa, credited to antudusun, PJ Edulian and P3ngu1n. Its compact course is simple to learn yet hard to master, with tight corners, flowing transitions and open sweeping turns that test every part of your technique. It works for beginners and experienced drivers alike and has become a community staple for angle and throttle control practice, solo or in tandem.

How to practise on Drift Playground

Because the map is compact, you spend most of the lap sliding. Run a few slow laps to find your entry points, then build speed one corner at a time. Once your line is consistent, invite a friend and practise following in tandem. If you want a rougher, more chaotic variation, try Polish Drift Playground 2 or the open BHS Drift Playground.

How to install

  • Unzip the download to a folder on your PC.
  • Drag the archive into Content Manager to install it, or copy the track folder into assettocorsa/content/tracks by hand.
  • Open Content Manager, pick Drift Playground and the layout you want, and start a session.
