Our 1982–2003 S10 4-Link Kit is designed around the factory frame and mounting points, making installation simple without having to measure and locate everything from scratch.
This bolt-in / weld-in S10 4-link setup uses the factory holes and mounting locations found on 1982–2003 S10 chassis. It is built for higher horsepower applications using a 9" rear end housing and gives you everything needed to complete the rear 4-link setup.
The housing shown in the pictures is the style this kit was designed around and is a very common 9" rear end setup.
Kit Includes:
Upper and lower torque boxes
Upper torque box brace brackets
Frame box brackets
Crossbar with supports to tie the frame side-to-side and into the rear of the upper torque box braces
Bolt-in shock mount crossbar
Shock crossbar can also be used as an anti-roll bar mounting bar when the NBI ARB option is selected
All components come bolt-in ready unless you choose the unwelded option. Unwelded kits will require welding before installation.
The crossmember installs directly into the factory S10 frame holes after the factory shock mount rivets are cut and the original shock mounts are removed.
This setup is a great option for anyone looking for an S10 4-link conversion, bolt-in S10 rear suspension, S10 9-inch rear end setup, high horsepower S10 suspension, adjustable 4-link setup, or custom S10 rear suspension kit without having to start from scratch.
