We teamed up with Trick Chassis to put together a complete long travel front suspension kit for G-Body and S10 applications.

This package gives you the major components needed to convert a stock-style front suspension to a long travel setup with more suspension movement, better control, and more tuning options.

    • Thicker-wall tubing

    • No limiter cross brace

    • Ultra low-friction 1" extended ball joints

  • Trick Chassis Tubular Coilover Lower Control Arms

    • Hardware kit included

  • Shock and Spring Combo of Your Choice

    • Includes 14" 250 lb springs as a starting point

    • Spring rate can be changed later to better match your setup

  • Shock Hardware

    • Hardware kit

    • Thrust bearing kit

    • Spanner wrench kit

  • NBI Bolt-On Long Travel Shock Brackets

    • Necessary mounting hardware included

This kit is built to make the conversion easier by giving you the main parts needed for a complete S10 or G-Body long travel front suspension setup in one package.

With the right tools and setup, the conversion can be completed on a stock chassis in a day.

Additional Notes

  • Bump steer kit is not included and must be ordered separately if needed

  • Many rack-and-pinion setups may not require a bump steer kit

  • NBI shock towers clear the factory steering shaft

  • Welding the shock brackets to the frame is recommended for additional strength and durability

  • Bolt-on installations have also been race- and road-tested

  • Kits are made to order

  • NBI shock towers are normally in stock and typically ship within 1–2 days

  • Shocks may take 2–4 weeks depending on availability

  • NBI brackets ship separately from the Trick Chassis components, so your order may arrive in multiple boxes
