Each kit covers one arm, letting owners refresh worn arm bushings on a truck that sees towing, trail work or daily use without buying new arms.

Every bushing in a suspension is a small cushion between a moving part and a fixed one. Over time the original rubber can crack, soften or tear, and the arm it locates starts to shift under load. That slack is what you feel as vague steering, a knock over potholes or a car that wanders when you brake hard.

Bushings rarely fail all at once. They wear slowly, so most owners get used to the extra movement until a new part goes in and the car suddenly feels tighter. Replacing tired bushings is one of the more cost-effective ways to bring back the precision a chassis had when it was new.

Key features

Replacement bushings for SuperPro TRC6640 and TRC6645 upper control arms

Quantity covers one arm

Part number KIT6640K

Fitment

SuperPro TRC6640 upper control arm (one arm per kit)

SuperPro TRC6645 upper control arm (one arm per kit)

See the fitment details from the manufacturer before ordering.

Install notes

Pressed-in bushings are easiest with a hydraulic press.
