Trailing arm bushings locate the rear axle or hub fore and aft, so worn ones let the rear of the car shuffle under acceleration and braking. It suits work trucks, overland builds and weekend trail runs.

Take a look at the condition of the mounting hardware when you do the job, and replace anything that is rusted or stretched. New bushings pair well with healthy shocks and ball joints, so it pays to inspect the rest of the corner while it is apart. Bushings rarely fail all at once; they slowly lose their grip on the suspension, so many owners only notice the difference after fitting new ones.

Key features

Rear suspension part from SuperPro

Serves the lower trailing arm mounting point

Listed for 2 models from Lexus and Toyota

Fitment

2008-2021 Lexus LX570 (Base)

2008-2021 Toyota Land Cruiser (Base, Heritage Edition, VX, VX-R)

Check your year, trim and drivetrain against the list above before ordering.

Install notes

Bushings that press into the arm or mount can require a press to remove the old ones and seat the new ones.
