A sway bar mount brace supports the area where the rear sway bar mounts to the car, helping the bar stay located while it works. It suits spirited street driving as well as autocross and track days.

Sway bar mounts see repeated load every time the car leans, and on a car that is driven hard the mounting area can flex along with the bar. Keeping the bar's mounts rigid lets the bar's own stiffness do the work, so changes to roll stiffness are easier to feel and tune. A brace is worth considering when you are fitting a stiffer sway bar or already replacing the bar's bushings and links.

Key features

Made for the rear suspension

Fitment

Subaru Forester: 2014-2018

Subaru WRX: 2015-2021

Subaru WRX STI: 2015-2021

Years are grouped by model here; the manufacturer lists specific trims within each range, so match your exact trim before ordering.

Check your year, trim and drivetrain against the list above before ordering.

Install notes

On a lowered or lifted car, adjustable end links help keep the sway bar at the correct angle.
