These bushings control fore and aft movement of the front wheels, so when they soften the car can shimmy under braking and feel less precise on turn-in. It suits street Camaros and cars used for road course and autocross events.

Strut bars, also called radius arms or tension rods, locate the lower control arm front to back. Their chassis-mount bushings take braking forces head-on, so once they soften, the wheels can move under braking and the car may shimmy or pull. Fresh bushings hold the arm steady for more confident stops and a sharper turn-in.

Key features

Made for the front suspension

Part type: radius arm bushing kit

Described by SuperPro as an upgrade over rubber, aimed at a quieter and longer lasting bushing

Fitment

2011-2012 Chevrolet Camaro (1SS, 1LT, 2SS)

2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro (LS, LT, SS)

2014-2015 Chevrolet Camaro (Z/28)

2012-2015 Chevrolet Camaro (ZL1)

Check your year, trim and drivetrain against the list above before ordering.

Install notes

Installation involves pressing bushings into place, which may call for a press or a trip to a shop.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0964/8295/1469/files/Image_2c5f7618-4957-4662-93a0-d3103f256d82.jpg?v=1793834701
