Control arm bushings are the pivots that let the arm swing with the suspension while keeping the wheel located. It is aimed at street driving and the occasional track day or autocross.

Bushings wear with age, heat and mileage. On a Toyota Supra, a tired control arm lower-rear bushing set often shows up as clunks over bumps, a vague feel or movement under braking, and replacing it is an affordable way to bring back a predictable feel.

As rubber ages it cracks and softens, letting parts move in ways the suspension was never meant to allow. Fitting a fresh control arm lower-rear bushing set helps a Toyota Supra feel settled again, and it makes sense to do whenever that corner is already apart.

Key features

Front-position control arm lower-rear bushing kit

Listed for 3 year and trim combinations, summarized below

Fitment

1992-2000 Lexus SC300

1992-2000 Lexus SC400

1993-1998 Toyota Supra (Twin Turbo)

Check your year, trim and drivetrain against the list above before ordering.

Install notes

Pressed-in bushings may need a press to install, so plan on having a shop fit them if you do not have one.
