That rear mount handles much of the braking load, and when it softens the front wheels can shift back under hard stops. The SuperPro bracket and bushing combination suits daily drivers, wagons that tow light loads and gravel-road regulars.

On cars that have covered big miles, cracked or collapsed bushings are common, and they rarely fail all at once, so the decline is easy to miss. Owners usually notice the difference most after the swap: steering that settles faster, fewer rattles and brakes that pull the car up straighter.

Key features

Front lower control arm, rear bracket position

Combines the bracket mount with its bushing

Listed across Legacy and Outback trims from 1990 to 2004

Fitment

1990-2004 Subaru Legacy: Base, L, LS, LSi, Sport, Brighton, GT, GT Limited, Postal, Outback, Outback Limited, 4x4 and anniversary editions

1994 Subaru Legacy Outdoor, Sun Sport, Touring, Alpine Sport

2000-2004 Subaru Outback: Base, Limited, H6, H6 VDC, VDC, L.L.
