superpro-caster-bar-to-upper-arm-bush-kit
SuperPro Caster Bar to Upper Arm Bushing Kit for 1969-1994 Alfa Romeo Spider

The caster bar on the Alfa Romeo Spider locates the front suspension fore and aft, and its bushing to the upper arm sets how steady that location is. After decades of service the original rubber is usually tired, letting caster change under braking. This SuperPro kit restores a firm joint for classic touring, club events or a careful restoration.

Bushings isolate the body from the suspension while keeping each component lined up. When they age out, the wheel can steer itself slightly over bumps and under load. New bushings cut down that unwanted movement, which helps tire wear and makes the car easier to place on the road.

Most owners do this job as part of a wider refresh, since the related parts are already apart. Clean the housings well before fitting the new parts, follow the maker's guidance on lubrication where it applies, and recheck bolt torque after the first few hundred miles.

Key features

Caster bar to upper arm joint

Built as a higher-quality alternative to rubber, aimed at quieter running and a longer service life

Listed for Spider Base, Graduate, Quadrifoglio and Veloce

Fitment

1969-1994 Alfa Romeo Spider Base

1985-1990 Alfa Romeo Spider Graduate

1986-1990 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio

1970-1994 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce

Check your year, trim and drivetrain against the list above before ordering.
