Trailing arm bushings take the push and pull of acceleration and braking. When they are worn, the axle or hub can move fore and aft, which can show up as wandering, clunks on and off the throttle, or vague handling over bumps. Trailing arms keep the axle located front to rear and control how it moves as the suspension cycles. On a lifted or heavily loaded vehicle, adjustable arms let you correct axle position and pinion angle after the ride height has changed. It suits trucks and SUVs used for daily driving, towing and trail work, especially once the suspension has some miles on it. If the vehicle has been lowered or lifted, factor that into the job, as ride height changes affect how every pivot and link is loaded.

Key features

Rear upper trailing arm set

Heavy duty, adjustable design

Manufacturer part number TRC1141

Fitment

2008-2021 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series

Check your year, trim and drivetrain against the list above before ordering.

Install notes

Book a wheel alignment once the arms are fitted, since suspension geometry will have changed.

https://lowerhq.com/products/superpro-08-21-toyota-land-cruiser-200-series-hd-adj-rear-upper-trailing-arm-set-trc1141
