prothane-suspension-bushing-kit-241
Prothane Suspension Bushing Kit for 1985-1989 Toyota MR2, SKU 067HP

This Prothane bushing kit (catalog SKU 067HP) is listed for the 1985-1989 Toyota MR2. A bushing kit renews the cushions that sit between the suspension parts and the chassis, so the arms and links stay where the geometry intends. When bushings wear or go soft, the suspension parts move in ways they were never meant to; new, firmer ones bring back a more precise feel to the steering and brakes. It suits street-driven cars, daily drivers and older classics that have started to feel loose. If you hear a clunk over bumps or feel the car wander as you brake, tired bushings are a likely cause and worth inspecting before you replace anything more expensive.

Key features

Prothane bushing kit, sold under SKU 067HP

Replaces worn or soft bushings that let the suspension shift out of place

Firmer location for sharper steering and braking feel

Listed for 2 applications from Toyota, model years 1985 to 1989

Fitment

1985-1989 Toyota MR2 GT

1988-1989 Toyota MR2 Super Charged

Check your year, trim and drivetrain against the list above before ordering.

Install notes

Where your vehicle uses pressed-in bushings, you will need a press to fit them, or a shop that has one.
